In this enjoyable anthology of three episodes of Colonel March of Scotland Yard, Karloff plays the smooth-talking title character. He’s faced with three seemingly weird cases. “Hot Money” involves a bank robbery. “Death in the Dressing Room” involves the murder of a nightclub dancer. Finally, “The New Invisible Man” tells the tale of a pair of animated gloves committing a murder! No classic, but a nice way to pass some time on a rainy afternoon. From 16mm.
