When she denies him her affections, he sentences her to be burned at the stake. Troops loyal to the soldier move to an armed uprising against Rome. Lots of S&S action and intrigue in this Italian epic. Similar in some ways to The Fall of the Roman Empire. Nice Color, 16mm.
