MOON AND MIDNIGHT—Widescreen Edition (1970, aka MIDI MINUIT) Sylvie Fennec, Béatrice Arnac, Daniel Emilfork, Jacques Portet. Fennec plays Helene the “normal” girl who’s infatuated with a decidedly twisted young man who has occasion to put on clawed gloves and go after the local citizens. There are all kinds of strange characters and surreal situations in this bizarre French horror film. Emilfork was truly one of the strangest looking men in the history of movies. Not for all palettes but many Euro-horror fans will probably love it. It would probably be rated R for nudity and dark themes. English subs. Color, widescreen, 35mm.
