(1969) Janine Reynaud, Adrian Hoven, Rosanna Yani, directed by Jesus Franco. One of Franco's more off-beat efforts. On a lonely Caribbean island a mad scientist conducts experiments aimed at creating a new race of super humans. Two gorgeous babes get wind of his plans and travel to the island more or less masquerading as club singers. Before long two men are dead and the girls find their lives in desperate peril. Taut, but with a touch of humor. Cool.
