(1961) Michael Gwynn, Christian DeBresson, Almut Egert. A superb anti-commie propaganda film. The gifted pianist son of a minister will be labeled a dissident by the commies and not allowed to enter a famed music school. His way out is to correctly answer seven questions, the last of which calls for him to renounce his faith. Definitely an exploitation film, but on a higher level than most. Won the National Board of Review’s Best Picture award for ‘61. 16mm.
