(1937, Spectrum) Fred Scott, Al St. John, Lois January, Dick Curtis, Frank LaRue. This is one of those good brother-bad brother B westerns—Fred playing both roles. When bad Fred murders Good Fred’s pal, Good Fred rides out gunning for him. However, with the wonderful logic of a B western script, Bad Fred leads an outlaw raid dressed up to look just like Good Fred and…well…you know. Good Fred is soon facing the real possibility of being lynched. Not too bad as Scott’s movies go. From 16mm.
