(1942) Fred Scott, Pat Dunn, Loie Bridge, Donna Jean Meinke, Knapp’s Rough Riders. Fred tries to keep crooks from taking over his sister’s orphanage. Truthfully, this is one of the worst B westerns we have ever seen, but yet it displays a lower middle class side of 1940s rural America that is fascinating to watch. This could very well be the cheapest PRC movie ever made. Scott’s last starring role after thirteen films as a singing cowboy. From 16mm.
