Roy Rogers, Gabby Hayes, Dale Evans, Jack Holt, Roy Barcroft. Uncut! Considered by many (including Roy) to be Rogers' finest western. Roy attempts to mate his mare with Gabby's stallion and winds up being accused of killing the stallion when Holt, who's been trying to do the same thing, accidentally kills the horse. The mare's foal grows up to be Trigger, who later helps Roy clear his name and save Gabby's ranch. They don't make "B" westerns much better than this. Recommended.
