(1961) Kirk Morris, Cathia Caro Cesare Fantoni. Italian born Morris plays Maciste and is put to the ultimate test. There's an evil queen causing mayhem. It seems she has a propensity for sacrificing beautiful young women to the God of Fire, who resides within the "Mountain of Thunder." Maciste enters the scene and tries to save the day (along with his favorite young beauty). In the film's exciting climax, Maciste must journey inside the mysterious mountain to save his lady love.
