A Nazi-German-style dictator prepares his country for war, intent on invading a weak neighboring country. However, a strange, incurable new disease, "The White Plague," begins to spread across the land, killing thousands. It begins with white blotches on the skin that become numb and marble-like, eventually spreading and causing horrible death. However, when an impoverished doctor discovers the cure, he demands world peace in exchange for his formula.
