Three people tow a drifting yacht into port, but upon arrival they learn the yacht’s crew has disappeared! After finding radiation burns on their arms, they discover that the yacht was the hiding place of a new, highly unstable atomic substance that can detonate into a mini atomic blast just from a loud noise like a gunshot.
