A mad scientist is hired by a millionaire spinster to transplant her brain into the body of a young girl. After deciding to double cross the old broad, he transplants her brain into the skull of a cat instead. Look for some of the original Strickfadden Universal lab equipment from the old Frankenstein films. This is a real party film. Amazing. From a very nice 35mm original print.
