This is such a low-budget picture, yet in spite of its abysmal cheapness, this sci-fi oddity is engaging from beginning to end. A mad Nazi scientist, played wonderfully by Herman, has set up shop in the wilds of Texas. With his futuristic time machine, his mad plan is to rescue Hitler from the past and start the Third Reich all over again. Holt’s swan song. 35mm.
