(1978) Narr. by Sid Paul. Using ”actual” clips, this film explores haunted houses, ghosts, UFOs, etc. The footage is laden with lurid narration. The producers obviously loved the whole UFO fad, because they try their best to tie in aliens, other planets, and mysterious rays to the world of Earth-bound ghosts. In other scenes they take seemingly benign footage (earthquake footage for instance) and fashion sinister narration to create the facade of something supernatural. This movie’s a real hoot! Yet for all its schlockiness, there’s still some pretty cool stuff: spectral hounds, haunted houses, etc. Our print runs five minutes longer than the listed running time of 91 min.
