(1961) Vincent Price, Richard Carlson, Juli Redding, Lugene Sanders. Here's an unreleased TV pilot originally masterminded by Bert I. Gordon and the folks at Herts-Lion International.  Vinnie hosts and plays a poltergeist while introducing the ghost story to follow, which turns out be an edited version of Gordon's "Tormented," which leads one to speculate that because of Herts-Lions' participation, "Carnival of Souls" might have been a planned episode had the show taken off.  By the way, we've added back the missing scenes, so you get the full version of "Tormented."  Vinnie comes back at the end to wrap things up and tell us about next week's episode.  From 16 and 35mm.
