Farr is tops as a man whose sanity is saved when a spiritualist materializes his dead fiancée. This atmospheric chiller is complemented by a fine, literate script and solid performances. A real forgotten gem. Our video master was taken from a 16mm print from the collection of the late film historian, William Everson.
