(1972) Paul Naschy, Gaby Fuchs, Patty Shepard. An ancient witch is revived. She turns a girl into a vamprie.  Before you know it, she and werewolf Paul are locking horns.  It's hard to imagine some run of the mill dame vampire lady would be anything but completely torn to shreds by Paul's werewolf character.  However, they do manage to pull it off.  Pretty good climatic fight.  From a beautiful color widescreen print.
