(1959) Michael Forest, Sheila Carol, Frank Wolff, Wally Campo, Richard Sinatra. a gang of criminals hides out in a mountain cabin only to find themselves being killed off one by one at the hands of a horribel monster that happens to reside in a local cave. The monster at times appears to be transparent. Was that an intended effect, or was Roger just sloppy with his overlays. The scene with the girl in the monster's web is pretty darn grim. A Roger Corman film although his name doesn't appear in the credits. A terrific climax! Good drive-in fun. Widescreen, from 35mm.
