(1941) Silvana Jachino, Paolo Stoppa, Roberto Villa, Sergio Tofano. This movie is basically a sequel to the original "Cinderella" story, showing what happened after Cinderella was rescued by the Prince. The storyline delves into her many adventures that followed. This is essentially a feel-good fantasy film, although there are some minor horror elements with a witch and an ogre. This film has some very interesting opening credits, which feature caricature drawings of all the main characters. Made in '41, but not released stateside until the fifties. From 16mm.
