I EAT YOUR SKIN (1964) William Joyce, Heather Hewitt, Dan Stapleton, Walter Coy. Pure, lovable, low-budget schlock. A playboy writer and his publisher fly to a mysterious Caribbean island where they find a mad scientist injecting radioactive snake venom into the natives, turning them into zombies.. The men-into-zombies transformation scenes are really pretty cool. Naturally there’s a secret plot to create a zombie army to overrun the world. The flare gun scene is cool. Hewitt is gorgeous, and Joyce does a good job as the hero. Brassy ‘60s music sets the mood. Beaucoup bikini-clad beauties. Wonderful drive-in schlock. From Del Tenney, the genius who made Horror at Party Beach. 35mm. BEACH GIRLS AND THE MONSTER (1964) Jon Hall, Sue Casey, Walker Edmiston, Elaine Dupont. If you liked HORROR OF PARTY BEACH, this one's right up your alley. So bad it's hilarious! Teenage surfers are threatened by a big rubber monster from an ocean cave. Hall contemplated suicide shortly after the completion of this film. Some nice-looking bikinis for sure. A must. From 35mm.
