ATTACK OF THE GIANT LEECHES (1959, Anamorphic Widescreen) Yvette Vickers, Ken Clarke, Bruno VeSota, Michael Emmet. A top-of-the-line drive-in classic. Radiation has caused ordinary leeches to mutate into giant monsters. They threaten the folks of a bayou town. Vickers is at her sleaziest, sexiest best as the local storekeeper’s unfaithful wife. She and her lover are caught by her husband and driven into the swamp where the monsters pull them into the slime. It's rather shocking seeing such a sex kitten like Vickers with suction marks all over her face.  Unforgettable.  Plus a 14-minute classic intermission reel between films.

A BUCKET OF BLOOD (1959, Anamorphic Widescreen) Dick Miller, Barboura Morris, Antony Carbone, Julian Burton, Ed Nelson, Judy Bamber. A truly great “cult” film. Miller plays a wimpy waiter of a beatnik coffee shop who--more or less--accidentally kills a number of people and animals. He conceals them in clay and passes them off as statues. He's then hailed as a genius. Truly and intentionally hilarious.  Barbara Mouris is the target of Miller's misguided affections.  The climax is sooo cool.  An AIP gem.  From 35mm.
